True to size however this fabric is very compressive. If you are between sizes, please choose the larger size.

Machine wash inside-out in cold water on a delicate cycle - avoid washing with other abrasive fabrics and materials - do not use fabric softener - don't wring excess water - air dry only (do not tumble dry) - do not soak for long periods in water.
